The Short Version: Prompt Store Pro respects your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data or your saved prompts to any external servers. Everything happens locally on your device.

None. We do not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell your data. Prompt Store Pro is designed to be a completely offline, client-side application.

2. Data Storage

All prompts you save using the extension are stored strictly locally on your own device using Chrome's storage.local API. We do not have access to your saved prompts, nor do they ever leave your browser unless you explicitly choose to export them as a local file.

3. Permissions Used

The extension requests specific permissions solely for its core functionality:

storage: Used to save and retrieve your custom prompts locally on your device.
sidePanel: Allows the extension to display its user interface conveniently in your browser's side panel.
contextMenus: Enables the ability to right-click highlighted text and save it directly to your prompt collection.
clipboardWrite: Allows the extension to copy your saved prompts to your clipboard when you click the "Copy" button.
downloads: Required to securely export a data backup of your prompts as a JSON file to your local downloads folder.

4. Third-Party Services

Prompt Store Pro does not integrate with any analytics tracking, advertising networks, or remote cloud servers.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. As a purely local extension, future updates will continue to respect the privacy-first design model.
